【职位描述】
Mainly JD: Transaction & Reporting for Make to Order Project (Key project for SC), the details is as below,
- 13:00 to 17:00
Prepare budget control reports for Make to Order project and send out for capping releasing. (twice/day)
Download order data from SAP system, prepare order quantity reports for different depots and send the report to planning coordinator.
- 18:00 to 21:00
Prepare ultimate order quantity report and co-work with planning coordinator.
Assist on-duty CS colleagues in creating delivery orders.
Capability requirement:
- Careful & responsibility
- Basic excel skill
- Better have SAP experience/fast-learning ability
- Can accept this working period(1Pm to 9pm)
